Refund Policy and DOA

We do not accept returns on items. Send a picture of your damaged item within 2 hours of delivery and we'll send you a refund of your order.

For Dead on Arrival fish and livestock send a picture within 2 hours of delivery of the fish in the bag. I'll send you a refund for the deceased livestock. If there is more than 50% deaths on arrival I will reship replacements with no charge to the purchaser. If you get a new shipment you are not eligible for refunds.
